Membership FAQs

We are a membership-based club and do not offer a daily / drop-in option.

Our first priority is to ensure each family has an exceptional experience, every time they come through our doors, so we have been membership-only since October 2017. This allows us to focus on:

  • building relationships with and between our community of local families

  • keeping everything fresh, sparkling clean and never too crowded

  • expecting out of everyone the respect and kindness they would use in their own home

However, we do offer a free tour / trial visit for new and interested families! And for those who sign up during their trial, we waive all registration fees.

Unless otherwise stated in the membership offer or agreement, all Elemeno memberships require a minimum of two consecutive months.  After the first two months, memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract requirement.

Memberships auto-renew, and are automatically billed to the payment card on file, on the same day each month. So if you start your membership on the 5th of the month, you’ll be billed on the 5th of each month moving forward.

Families with M, N and O membership types purchase the ability to come for a certain number of visits per month.  (Families with the L membership have unlimited visits.)

We ask families to project how often they will come each month so that we can protect your experience, managing capacity to ensure it’s never too crowded but also providing access to many families in the community.  For this reason, visits expire at the end of the membership month, do not rollover, cannot be transferred, and cannot be refunded.

Each visit is a ‘family day pass’ meaning it does not matter how many of the immediate family attend, whether it’s one or more children and whether it’s a parent or other caregiver bringing them in.  Families have in-and-out privileges all day when utilizing a family day pass.

If a family uses up all of their visits in a month, they can choose to wait until their membership renews (and their number of visits refreshes) or they can request to upgrade their membership. 

Upgrades are dependent upon capacity for the requested membership type, as we limit the total number of families in each type of membership and utilize waitlists, when necessary, individually for each membership type.

For membership definition purposes, ‘family’ means an immediate family unit including parents / legal guardians and their children.  Parents / guardians can designate other caregivers who are authorized to bring their children on the parent / guardian’s behalf.

Membership cancellation notices can be emailed to us,  We require 30 days’ notice, so your cancellation will take effect 30 days after you notify us.

Active member families are welcome to bring guests, on an occasional basis, for $15 per guest child.  Limit of 3 guest children per day. Guest children under 13 months old are free of charge.  Guest families must execute a Waiver before enjoying our services. 

Members must make a reservation for guests in advance by calling us during business hours (online reservations are not available).  We have the right to refuse guest reservations for any reason.

Memberships can be paused for one month (30 days), one time per membership year.  We often have other families waiting for memberships, so any break in membership beyond 30 days in a membership year will be considered a membership cancellation. 

Families who cancel their membership and then wish to return will be subject to the pricing, policies, enrollment fees, and waitlists applicable to all new membership requests at the time of return.

Party rental discounts* are:
L memberships – 20% off
M memberships – 15% off
N memberships – 10% off
O memberships – 5% off

*2 months of membership required to receive discount.  If a family does not yet have two months of active membership, they can commit to two consecutive months moving forward and still receive the appropriate discount.

While our member event schedule changes regularly, especially when we add special events such as costume parties and glow-in-the-dark dances, our standing member events are as follows:

Friday socials – 5:30-7:30pm.  $10 per family or can use one family visit instead of paying separately. Includes snacks for the kids.  Everyone is allowed to go upstairs if desired

Friday date nights – open to all members, cost is $25 per child for 2.5 hours between 4:00-8:00pm

Special events – vary based on the event, for example the King Bullfrog band socials are $25 per family and include snacks for everyone
